Believing in the necessity of keep up with the needs of the present market, I am pleased to say that I have taken the "Certified Distress Property " course, earning me the "CDPE" designation.  This allows me to call myself an expert in navigating through the complexities of short sales and foreclosures.  It was very important to me, to have the best education in distressed properties, to serve both buyers and sellers with the knowledge to guide them through making the emotional and difficult decisions regarding these properties.
